ATM Sharing

Bank has joined NFS network managed by NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India).

Now our customers can access more than 67,000 ATMs of 50+ NFS member banks across the country.

Important Points to Remember for ATM card users

1. Your Card would be retained by ATM after three unsuccessful attempts.
2. If card is retained by ATM please inform your bank's customer care / Bank in person, immediately.
3. Do inform the Bank immediately about any change in your mailing address to ensure correct delivery of your Card / PIN in case of subsequent reissue of card.
4. Please keep your card in a safe place. Treat it as carefully as you would treat your cash.
5. Before you use an ATM, please ensure that there are no strange objects/devices in the insertion panel of the ATM.
6. Please remember to take your ATM Card / Debit Card back after completing your ATM transaction.
7. You would need to enter your PIN for every new transaction
8. If you spot any suspicious looking person at or around any ATM, stop transacting and inform the security guard immediately.
9. Please make sure you conduct any ATM transaction in complete privacy.
10. Please secure all personal information in your home, especially if you have roommates, employ outside help or are having service work done in your home.
11. Please note that limit for cash withdrawal for other banks ATM card holder is Rs.10,000/-.
12. KJSB SB Accountholder can withdraw or make Balance enquiry from other bank's ATMs at no cost for maximum 5 times per calendar month and after that Bank will charge Rs.20/- per withdrawal and Rs.8/- per balance enquiry. (Subject to revision from time to time.) All transactions from KJSB ATMs for KJSB account holders will be free.
13. For Current Account holders of KJSB : No charges for transactions through KJSB ATMs. All withdrawals through other bank's ATMs would be charged @ Rs.20/- per transaction and all balance enquiry will be charged Rs.8/- per transaction.
14. Please do not hand over the card to anyone, even if he/she claims to represent the bank.
15. Never get carried away by strangers who try to help you use the ATM machine. Do not accept their help.
16. Please do not write the ATM PIN on the card or on a paper which you carry along with the card. Best to memorise it.
17. Please do not provide any financial / personal / ATM card related information to the unknown internet site or respond to any email seeking such information from you.
18. Please take care of all your belongings and ensure you do not leave anything behind, the bank shall not be responsible for any loss.
