Ours is a leading Scheduled Co-operative Bank with a Business Mix of more than Rs. 1200 crores, completely technology-driven, working under CBS with latest offerings like RTGS, NEFT, SMS Banking, etc. The Bank is growing in the Districts of Mumbai, Thane, Nasik and Western Maharashtra.

To meet its progressive needs the Bank is looking to fill up vacancies at Executive level positions as under :

1. Chief Manager - for Credit, Recovery, Administration, Operational Banking, HR, IT & Law : An ideal candidate should have minimum 15 years experience in the relevant field from a reputed Banking organization. Ability to work under CBS is a must. We expect professional approach from the candidate with commitment to business objectives of the Bank.
   
   
   • For Credit: Sound knowledge of processing Loan Applications, scrutiny & appraisal of proposals, Strong analytical and process management skills. Must have exposure to appraisals of high value credit as also retail Credit. Should be able to manage the monitoring of retail and wholesale loans. Develop rating system and implement the same independently. Ability to manage and lead a team.
   • For Recovery: Sound knowledge of Recovery process, Recovery u/s 101, 91 of M.C.S. Act 1960, follow up of Cases in Co-Op. Court, D.R. Office and Criminal Cases filed u/s 138 of N.I. Act., SARFAESI Act 2002. Follow-up of recovery & field work such as visiting defaulters etc.
   • For Administration & HR : Sound knowledge in Banking Operations, Banking systems and methods and administration at controlling office level. Should be well versed with working in technology driven environment. Holds good independent administrative abilities.
     As far as HR is concerned the persons should have requisite skills of Pay structure revision, negotiation skills, Training abilities in Core Banking environment. Should be able to undertake competency mapping, career counseling, succession planning and instilling confidence in the employees with soft skills. Bank has healthy industrial relations and as such the incumbent should to be able to foster its growth.
   • For Operational Banking: Should be able to handle large Branch under CBS environment. Result driven approach to the branch management with motivational skills. Must have handled a large branch with business mix over Rs.125 Crores in a cooperative or commercial Bank of repute.
     » Should have Interpersonal & Influencing skills.
     » Knowledge of the Banking Industry & Financial Markets is required.
     » Will be responsible for Revenue generation, customer retention & acquisition, Cost efficiency & compliance. Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales & products.
     » Ensure clarity of business objectives among staff. Periodic review of progress vs. objectives. Strong Leadership skills. Service orientation.
     » Ensure all components of the branch sales model functions as per design.
     » Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures.
     » Organising neighborhood activities for generating goodwill & business for the branch.
     » Achieving Branch targets for loan bookings, Credit, acquiring new customers, Branch Profitability.
     » Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
   • For IT : Must have the knowledge of Project implementation under Core Banking set up with skills in windows/oracle/visual basic etc. Updated applied knowledge on latest tools & techniques of IT/IS policies and its control and monitoring. Exposure to Networking techniques will be added advantage. Vendor management and procuring best solutions will be one of the prerequisite. Must have ability to identify & monitor IT Risk and Compliance issues.
   • For Law : Must be a law graduate and experience of handling legal matters pertaining to mortgages,documents verification,credit and recovery related legal issues, DRT cases. Practical knowledge of State and Multi state Co operative laws. Should have sound knowledge to frame policies and guide branches in banking matters.

The candidate should possess the following (for all the above posts)

• Graduate / Post-Graduate with professional qualification like CAIIB / MBA/ Law.
• At least 15 years banking experience of which 5 years in the respective field as in-charge /leader.
• Age not to exceed 48 years and not less than 40 years.
• Written and Oral communication skill in English and Marathi is necessary and should have excellent drafting skill.
• Candidates without relevant Banking experience need not apply.
• Passion for performance and results shall be key consideration.
• Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and qualification. We follow IBA wage structure which is due for revision.
• VRS opted and other Retired Banking Professionals may also apply for above positions on contract basis. In such case the age limits not to exceed 55 years.
