Salient Features

  1. Our Customers can withdraw money through any of the 77000 ATMs of all over India, as ATM sharing agreement entered with National Payment Corp of India.

  4. Personalised cheque book printing for Bank's customers
  5. Bank is operating with 22 branches and a extension counter in Kalyan,Ulhasnagar, Thane, Mumbai, Pune, Satara and Karad cities.
  6. In current financial year i.e. 2011-12 ,Bank will launch branches at Kolhapur,Nashik,Borivali and an additional branch at Ulhasnagar.
  7. It's under consideration to seek licence for multistate banking operations.
  8. DR /DC sharing with smaller cooperative banks to support the initiative of Technology Inclusion.
  9. Mumbai Bankers clearing house sub membership to smaller cooperative banks.
  10. NFS sub membership to smaller cooperative banks.
  11. IT consultancy to smaller cooperative banks to enable them to set up CBS.

Other operational features of the bank are as under

  1. All financial and regulatory norms prescribed by RBI have been fulfilled by the Bank.
  2. 'A' rating given by Statutory Auditors for the year ended on 31.03.2011
  3. Net NPAs of the Bank are 0% for last 4 years.
  4. Consistent Net Profit for the last 37 years.
    Record Net Profit in 20010-11 at Rs. 10.34 crores (Highest in last 37 years)
  5. Capital Adequacy Ratio of the bank as on 31.03.2011 is 13.12%.
  6. Increasing deposits which itself is a symbol of confidence among shareholders / depositors !
    Deposits as on 31.03.2010 - Rs. 739.90 crores
    Deposits as on 31.03.2011 - Rs. 906.37 crores
  7. RBI has authorised the Bank to accept NRE rupee deposit accounts, at 14 major branches.
  8. The Reserve Bank of India has granted screen-based Negotiated Dealing System (NDS) membership to our Bank.
  9. Bank is authorised agency to accept Stamp Duty under Bombay Stamp Act, through Franking facility available at Kala Talao Branch.
  10. The Bank has completed Core Banking Solution and offering facility of Any Branch Banking service to customers.
  11. RTGS, NEFT & Online Tax Payment facility to Customers
